Such a wonderful experience at Luna Mexican Kitchen. The service was warm, the atmosphere inviting, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. We ordered the surf & turf platter, which arrived sizzling and full of flavor — a generous mix of lobster, steak, shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. The chicken tacos were incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, the tres leches cake was soft, creamy, and beautifully done, and the churros with chocolate were a perfect finish. The ambiance — from the table setting to the handcrafted drinks — made the meal feel even more special. A place worth returning to again and again.

We had a good experience dining at Luna on Saturday night. Although it was very busy with a one-hour wait, the text-based waitlist made it easy to explore nearby shops while we waited. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, the service was good, and prices were reasonable. The Food: - Chips & Green Salsa (5/5): These were complimentary and had a delicious spicy flavor. - Queso Flameado (3/5): Bit underwhelming. The cheese consistency was much thicker than we expected. But tortillas that came with it were great. - Enchiladas El Vegan & Chile Relleno De Calabacitas (4/5): both decent choices with good flavors

If you're just scanning for a good Mexican restaurant, I recommend Luna Mexican Kitchen. For a little more background, my wife and a friend had visited Luna Mexican Kitchen at The Pruneyard for lunch. She called and asked whether I wanted something for takeout. I took a quick peek at their online menu and zeroed in on the Enchiladas Suizas meal. It was delicious, and I became a quick fan. So, when my wife asked later on if I'd like to have dinner at Luna, my answer was a quick "yes." As I understand it, Luna is farm-to-table Mexican food. My wife had the Chicken Breast Parrilladas (Grill/Fajitas). My son had the Mole Poblano Enchiladas. I had the Enchiladas Suizas. The meals were delicious all around. Oh, and they make a very nice Margarita. We finished off with a tasty Chocoflan dessert. All the above, plus excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and easy parking. I recommend you try Luna Mexican Kitchen. I think you'll be glad you did.

An excellent indoor/outdoor place with an outstanding wide-ranging menu of more sophisticated dishes than your standard Mexican restaurant. The wild shrimp ceviche with housemade tortilla chips is as good as it gets. All the others items ordered by our table were superb, except for the taquitos filled with potatoes which were too salty (why offer potato-filled taquitos anyway?). Free chips and two excellent housemade salsas along with fresh but slightly too thick tortilla chips.

We had the grill and the ceviche. It was absolutely our best Mexican food we’ve had on our US trip. The ceviche was refreshing, and tbh, what you would expect from a ceviche. The grill for two was much larger than we expected and definitely enough as a standalone order. There was a lot of variety of meats, my particular favourite was the sausage and ribs. The dipping sauces were great too. I asked the server for a side of mole and he kindly obliged, and tbh I would recommend everyone to do so. The mole goes fantastically with the meats. I would love to come again and try more from the menu.

This place is my go-to for special occasions. The food is consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The ambiance is always wonderful, and special thanks to Arellano U, he is incredibly friendly and attentive. During our recent visit, we ordered the Salmon Tacos, Chicken Fajitas, and Quesadilla for the kids followed by Bread Pudding for dessert. The drinks were also great, and I particularly enjoyed the Michelada, which was perfectly spiced and refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is really good. Good portions and definitely can be shared between 2-3 people. Ambience is instagramable, if you are after that. Im sure the service is good but the hostess out us in a caorner that usually servers forget. And that's what actually happened. It took them a lil bit time to get our orders and forgot our drinks. We had a lil problem with our food but was taken cared of by the supervisor. I would still go here and recommend to others. Since this is located in Pruneyard, parking is quite a challenge. Overall, still worth to try. One of the good food and place in the bay area.

First time here. Our server was very friendly and courteous to our needs. He was great! Food was delicious. Atmosphere was a little too dark for my liking. I want to see what I am eating. Wish there was a lamp hanging instead of the led lamp on the table. Other that, it was a great experience and we will come back again.
